Blues winger Peter Till has joined League One side Leyton Orient on a one-month loan deal.
The 21-year-old moves to Brisbane Road until November 4.
Till previously spent loan spells at Scunthorpe United and Boston United last season.
He is expected to go straight into the Orient squad to face Chesterfield on Saturday.
Orient manager Martin Ling told his club's official website: "It's been very difficult this week getting players in the positions I need and I'm glad that I've managed to fill one of the two positions that needed boosting ahead of Saturday.
"I watched Peter twice last season when he was at Boston and we also had him watched last night in a reserve game for Birmingham - in which he played very well - and I know he'll add a different dimension to my squad in his month here.
"We've lacked pace on the wings since Shane Tudor picked up his injury and Peter will be able to step in to that role because he is quick, and I'm pleased to bring him to the club."
